Okay, so I went to the Apple Store yesterday and I saw the new ipods! So f-ing hype! The nano exceeded my expectations. I wasn't so sure about that 2.5 inch screen but it looks real nice in real life. So crisp, so sharp. Better than watching video on youtube at home on the old ibook. The colors are hot as well. And only $149! That's a damn good price. My only question--will it fit into my ipod speaker system? I'm sure they will make adapters if they don't have them already.
I was talking to one of the guys there at apple and he was like 'you have to check out the touch'. Now, initially, I didn't really understand the point of the touch. I mean why make something almost like the iphone but w/out the phone. But dude at the store explained that some people don't want the phone b/c of the service. Yeah, A, Tand T has shitty coverage in some places. So I went over to the counter to see the touches. Nice. Made the nano--which I previously said was f-ing amazing--look like nothing. Of course, I went straight to video and looked up capoeira videos. Even found some new stuff about capoeira on youtube--which will be the subject of my next blog entry.
So, for those of you who are thinking about buying a new ipod. Get one! They are worth it!
And for those of you who haven't gotten me a birthday present--Eve, Mommas--yes I put you on blast! You can do a combined birthday xmas thing.
P.S. So now I wanna go to the Apple Store on 5th Avenue--still haven't been yet, and it's so beautiful--just to drool over the new ipods all over again.
