I saw this movie yesterday. The passion, the sense of community, the competition and rivalry totally reminded me of capoeira. Also, there are many moves that are used in B-boying that we use as floreios. Funny, because I haven't heard any b-boys credit capoeira for any influence but you can clearly see the similarities.
P.S. One of the guys from the team from France was wearing an Abada Capoeira t-shirt.
